Frugi is a manual budgeting app. We never connect to your bank, never pull your financial accounts, and never sell your data. The only financial information in Frugi is what you type into it.
What we collect
Your account email and sign-in identity (including Google, if you sign in with it); the budgets, categories, accounts, and transactions you create; your sats reward ledger and withdrawal requests; your subscription status; app settings such as your chosen theme; and feedback you send us.
What we never collect
Bank credentials or connections, card numbers (payments are processed by Stripe, who never share your full card details with us), your contacts, or your location.
How your data is used
To run the app: syncing your budget across your devices, computing your Bitcoin rewards from your own tracking activity, processing your subscription, and settling withdrawals you request. Reward evaluation happens on our servers using only your Frugi data.
Service providers
Supabase hosts our database and authentication. Stripe processes subscription payments. Strike executes Bitcoin transactions when you withdraw. Each receives only what it needs for its role.
Row-level security
Your data is protected by database-enforced access rules: your records are readable only by you (and, where you explicitly share a budget, the people you invite).
Deleting your data
Deleting your account removes your budgets, transactions, and personal records. Contact support to request deletion; withdrawal and payment records may be retained where the law requires.
